This site works a bit differently from most sites which allow purchasing online, so please make sure you understand the process before you place an order.
If you are purchasing the Supreme Yoga Instructional Note Cards, you need not read further. Simply place your order. There is no red envelope requirement for this purchase, and there is no expiration period. Upon receipt of payment, the cards will be sent by mail.
In addition to the price, in dollars, of each Public Tele-Class, an exchange of Red Envelopes is also expected. If you are not already familiar with this requirement, or are unsure why it is done, please feel free to read The Exchange of Red Envelopes section below which explains the details and reasons for this step. When you add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout, you will be presented with a checkbox asking you to confirm your understanding of the Terms and Condifions of this site. After you have paid for your item, you will receive an email confirming your order. Then you should send the appropriate number of Red Envelopes to:
Katherine Metz
US Postal Service Only:
PO Box 135
Kenwood, CA 95452
If FedEx etc.
44 Jessie Street
Kenwood, CA 95452
So, if you purchase two items with an exchange of 27 Red Envelopes, please send 54 Red Envelopes. Once these are received, along with the monetary payment if sending a check, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been processed. It will give you a link to the page that will allow you to download your files. You have 18 days to download the files, and five attempts for each file.
We hope these instructions are clear, and that you enjoy the classes. Please feel free to email us here if you have any questions.
The Exchange of Red Envelopes

As a practitioner of Black Sect Feng Shui, I have chosen to honor the long- held tradition of the Red Envelope. I have specified the number of envelopes required for every purchase, guided by the teachings and recommendations of H. H. Grandmaster Professor Lin Yun. As we show our respect for this tradition, we honor his lineage, his memory, and his Buddha wisdom.
Each envelope must contain money, and even a penny is perfect (unless specified otherwise by Professor). Because money is a universal concept- its value understood by everyone-its use draws us together. We are on common ground as we begin our work together.
Your participation in the exchange celebrates the success of all those upon whose shoulders we stand-our teachers, their teachers, and those who have chosen to work outside the circle of the known, in the sacred and limitless realm of the transcendental. As you share your success, you are paying homage to their work and adding your own power to each and every cure and adjustment.
I invite your participation knowing that it will enhance your use of the information you receive. We will stand together in the light and grace of our ancestors as we work to find our place in the world-our vision clear, our decisions firm, and our actions inspired.
